Experience the Mix is a Muli- Event Cocktail Focused Series. Each event will have a new topic for interaction. The August event is titled: Classic Cocktails – Using Modern Techniques.
This 5 Course dinner pairing event will feature Classic Cocktails made using Modern Mixing Techniques. Infusions, smoked cocktails, fat washing, and clarification will be demonstrated during the event by Grille 29 Mixologist Ryan Stone.
Event Price is $75 Per Person plus sales tax and 20% tip. $25 Reservation Ticket Purchase Required to confirm seat at event ($25 Reservation Fee Paid will be applied toward bill the evening of the event)

Grille 29 has launched a new video series, “Thirsty Thursdays”, that starts this Thursday. A new Episode will be published each Thursday morning at 10am.
Each week Grille 29’s Ryan Stone will discuss a different cocktail or wine selection. In the first episode Ryan shows you how to make a classic Old Fashioned and it looks delicious!

Annually in January, the Huntsville Madison County Hospitality Association hosts the Pineapple Awards Dinner and 2017 will mark the 20th year for this prestigious dinner and ceremony.

Grille 29 has launched an all new responsive website.
The new website allows users to select either Birmingham or Huntsville locations upon entering and populates with that location’s specific information. Users can easily switch between locations but this new approach ensures visitors know which Grille 29 location they are viewing when making reservations, reviewing menus or requesting banquet information.
The site features easy to view or download menus for each time period, ability to purchase gift cards, make reservations, inquire about hosting an event at Grille 29, contact us or get directions.
One new area features Grille 29 videos. Right now you can view any of the 10 episodes of “How To Tuesdays”. The videos features, how-to’s, tips and tricks from the Grille 29 kitchen.
