Bobby Flay! Every chance I could get I used to turn to food network just watch him. He is so diverse and passionate about his work. Just amazing!

A Chef knife

What inspired your love for cooking?
My grandma and parents

Street tacos and Grille 29 of course!

Carey Letson accepted to Women’s Economic Development Council

Congratulations to Carey Letson, General Manager of Grille 29 Huntsville, for her recent acceptance to the WEDC (Women’s Economic Development Council) in Huntsville, Alabama.

WEDC members are a diverse group of mid-to-senior level executives, business professionals and successful businesswomen working together, mentoring each other, and sharing resources to accelerate economic development. A group of female business professionals who provide opportunities to women for leadership and economic development through education, mentoring and networking. The WEDC exists to strengthen the position of women in business and the community.

Grille 29 is proud to have Carey as part of WEDC and proud to see her passion as an active member of the Huntsville community honored.

New event announced for restaurant week 2018

Don’t miss Grille 29’s next great event series!

Experience the Mix on August 17th (during Huntsville Restaurant Week) from 6:00pm to 8:30pm.

Experience the Mix is a Muli- Event Cocktail Focused Series. Each event will have a new topic for interaction. The August event is titled: Classic Cocktails – Using Modern Techniques.

This 5 Course dinner pairing event will feature Classic Cocktails made using Modern Mixing Techniques. Infusions, smoked cocktails, fat washing, and clarification will be demonstrated during the event by Grille 29 Mixologist Ryan Stone.

Event Price is $75 Per Person plus sales tax and 20% tip. $25 Reservation Ticket Purchase Required to confirm seat at event ($25 Reservation Fee Paid will be applied toward bill the evening of the event)

Grille 29 launches Thirsty Thursdays video series on Facebook

Grille 29 has launched a new video series,  “Thirsty Thursdays”, that starts this Thursday. A new Episode will be published each Thursday morning at 10am.

Each week Grille 29’s Ryan Stone will discuss a different cocktail or wine selection. In the first episode Ryan shows you how to make a classic Old Fashioned and it looks delicious!

Grille 29 Hosting Dining in Dark event on March 24th

The first Dining in the Dark event was such a huge success that we will be hosting another one in March. Tickets are on sale now. Seating is limited – tell your friends and attend this unique event in Huntsville.

UPDATED – The March 24th event is SOLD OUT. We are looking forward to hosting everyone that purchased tickets for this fun event.

Last night Grille 29 was recognized at the Huntsville Madison County Hospitality Association hosts the Pineapple Awards Dinner.

Annually in January, the Huntsville Madison County Hospitality Association hosts the Pineapple Awards Dinner and 2017 will mark the 20th year for this prestigious dinner and ceremony.

Grille 29 launches new responsive website

Grille 29 has launched an all new responsive website.

The new website allows users to select either Birmingham or Huntsville locations upon entering and populates with that location’s specific information. Users can easily switch between locations but this new approach ensures visitors know which Grille 29 location they are viewing when making reservations, reviewing menus or requesting banquet information.

The site features easy to view or download menus for each time period, ability to purchase gift cards, make reservations, inquire about hosting an event at Grille 29, contact us or get directions.

One new area features Grille 29 videos. Right now you can view any of the 10 episodes of “How To Tuesdays”. The videos features, how-to’s, tips and tricks from the Grille 29 kitchen.
